Today, a presentation was took place by my school's language center. 
The presenter is a foreigner,so the whole presentation was only in english. 

The presentation includes two parts. 
The first part is how to write an english resume. 
It should include three elements: knowledge,skills,and behavior/character. 
In other words,You should describe your qualification,identify your transferable skills ,and point out your strength and weakness.
And he also said, the resume should modify by  the different companies.
Don't send the same resume to every company.
One resume is not suitable for all job openings.

The second part is about the english interview.
A lot of  big companies interview candidates in english.
For taiwaneses, english is the second language.
Most of us are afraid to speak it.
He said,everyone not only should improve the speaking skills,but also prepare to reply some usual interview questions.
For example, introducing yourself,demonstrating you has researched the company,or proving you are suitable and can do the job.
He also said "SAR",which is situation, action,and response.
It's right.
I think every candicate shoud depend on what the situation is,and then decide what kind of action should be taken.
It  will help the candicate to response interview questions well.
